1. General TermsBy commissioning me, you agree to these terms.All commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. The artist reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Commercial use will incur additional fees. The final artwork is not to be resold, used for AI purposes, NFTs, or altered in any form without permission. I retain the right to include the completed artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional material unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.2. PaymentPayment can be made:-100% upfront
-50-50 (first part upfront, second part when final test approved). No artwork will be delivered until full payment is receivedPayments can be made through the following:-PayPal
-Bank transfer (Uruguay only)
-Mercado pago (uruguay only)Prices are non-negotiable once the commission has been agreed upon unless additional elements or changes are requested that fall outside the original scope.3. Refund Policy-Full refund: Only provided in case I cancel the commission for any reason.-Partial refund: May be available based on the amount of work completed.No refunds will be given for completed commissions.4. Process and RevisionsUpon receiving payment, I will begin the commission and provide a rough sketch for review and approval.The client is allowed 2 rounds of minor revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.After the sketch is approved, only minor changes can be made to the artwork (e.g., small color adjustments). Major revisions will incur additional fees.5. Deadlines and TurnaroundEstimated turnaround time for commissions will vary depending on the complexity of the request and my current workload.Typical turnaround time is between a couple days or 1-2 weeks If you have a specific deadline, please inform me in advance. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.I will provide progress updates throughout and send WIPS through e-mail. However, you are welcome to inquire about the status of your commission.6. Copyright and Usage PolicyClients may use the artwork for personal use in both print or digital format, including but not limited to avatars, profile pictures, wallpapers, poster, framed print, postcard.Clients may not use the artwork for profit, redistribute, sell prints, or claim it as their own.For commercial rights (e.g., for use on merchandise, advertising, or business purposes), an additional fee will apply. The specifics will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.7. Artwork Dimensions & SpecClient will receive a high-resolution file (.pdf, .jpeg or .png) at approximately
3000 x 3000 pixels (300 DPI) RGB or CMYK format (Depending on the needs).The final size may vary slightly depending on the details of the artwork or the format desired by the client.The final artwork will be delivered in digital format (e.g., .PNG, .JPEG) via email or wetransfer link. No physical product will be shipped.If needed an specific size or format please let me know upfront.9. Cancellation PolicyI reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason.If the client wishes to cancel the commission after work has begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.10. CommunicationAll communications will be conducted through email. Please ensure to check messages regularly for updates and revisions.11. AgreementBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to
all terms listed above.These terms are subject to change at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms before commissioning.
